Meet Nic Baxter

Your Running, Fitness & Wellness Coach

Hi, I’m Nic Baxter—and I’m here to support you on your journey toward better health, stronger fitness, and confident running. Whether you're training for your first 5K, returning to exercise postpartum, or preparing for a special event, I’ll help you get the most out of every session. My goal is to make our time together both productive and enjoyable, so you stay motivated and feel empowered to reach your personal goals.

A Bit About Me

My love for running and fitness has been a lifelong passion. Over the years, I’ve lived and traveled around the world, gaining insight into a wide variety of training methods and wellness practices. I bring this diverse experience into every session, helping you find the right approach for your unique lifestyle and goals.

After relocating from the UK to the US in 2015, I continued to immerse myself in the running community—competing in over 50 full marathons, including the iconic NYC and Antartica marathon's, and several ultra marathons, along with countless local races and half marathons.

In recent years, I’ve served as a coach for Fleet Feet Hoboken and Fleet Feet Morristown, designing and leading programs for events like Global Running Day and the Superhero Races. In 2024, I proudly accepted the role of Training Program Director for Fleet Feet Northern New Jersey, where I oversee training programs across Ridgewood, Summit, Westfield, and Morristown.

There’s nothing more rewarding than helping others unlock their potential—whether it’s crossing a finish line or achieving a personal health milestone. That’s why I’m passionate about working with individuals of all levels to build confidence, strength, and a lasting love for movement.
