A focused 12-week training block built around your target race date. Designed to peak you at exactly the right moment, this programme includes weekly 60-minute in-person run sessions, a fully periodised TrainingPeaks schedule, and unlimited email and text support throughout. Ideal for half marathon or shorter race preparation, or runners with a solid base already in place.
