Service Description

The ultimate marathon or half marathon preparation programme. This 16-week training block is intensively structured around your race day, building your fitness progressively before tapering you to peak performance. Includes weekly 60-minute in-person run sessions, a fully periodised TrainingPeaks schedule, and unlimited email and text support from start to finish line.
