These programs Are Perfect For:

First-time 5K, 10K, Half Marathon, and Marathon runners.

Experienced runners looking to hit a new Personal Record (PR).

Anyone seeking structure and community to stay consistent.

All group sessions are kept to a maximum of 8-10 participants at one time. In-person runs are typically held on Wednesday* evenings at 6pm and Saturday mornings at 8am.
