I started NBx Running Coach with one goal: to build a coaching service that actually works for women in the real world. Not a generic plan downloaded from the internet. Not advice that assumes you have two free hours every morning. Real coaching, built around your real life.
Here's a look at everything I offer — and how to figure out which option is right for you.

Who I Coach
Before I talk services, let me tell you who I coach — because it matters.
I specialise in working with recreational women runners in their 30s, 40s and beyond. Women who are juggling careers, families, stress and everything else life throws at them — but who refuse to give up on their running goals.
Whether you're postpartum, navigating perimenopause, returning after injury, or simply trying to carve out time for yourself in a busy schedule — I get it. I'm living it too. And my coaching reflects that.

My Coaching Services
1:1 In-Person Coaching
My most personal offering. We run together weekly in Morristown, NJ and surrounding areas. You get a fully personalised TrainingPeaks plan, weekly sessions together, and unlimited email and text support between sessions. If you thrive with face-to-face accountability — this is your option. Minimum 3 month commitment.
Virtual Coaching
All the expertise, none of the geography. I offer two virtual options:
Essential — personalised TrainingPeaks plan plus weekly email check-ins. Perfect for self-motivated runners who want structure and expert guidance without the video calls.
Premium — everything in Essential plus weekly video calls and unlimited messaging. The closest thing to in-person coaching, wherever you are in the world.
Both require a 3 month minimum commitment.
Custom Training Plan
Not ready for regular coaching? A Custom Training Plan gives you a fully personalised week-by-week plan through TrainingPeaks, built around your goals, schedule and fitness level. No check-ins, no minimum commitment — just expert structure at your own pace. Cancel anytime.
Group Training — Morristown, NJ
There's something special about running with a group of people chasing the same goals. My group programs are kept intentionally small — intimate, supportive, and expert-led. Currently enrolling for Fall Half Marathon Training — Thursdays at 6pm and Saturdays at 8am.
Race Ready Program — 12 or 16 weeks
Got a race on the calendar? My Race Ready program is a focused training block built entirely around your target race. Structured around peak performance and race day tapering — with weekly sessions, a personalised plan and unlimited support from start to finish line.
